Note: Your videos and subtitle content are processed entirely on your local device and are never uploaded to our servers.

Collected information is used to: (a) Provide, maintain, and improve the service; (b) Process payment transactions and manage licenses; (c) Send technical notifications, security updates, and customer support; (d) Analyze usage trends to enhance user experience; (e) Detect and prevent fraud and terms violations.

Your data is stored on secure servers in Vietnam or the Asia-Pacific region. We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring. Account data is retained for the duration of account activity and for 30 days after account deletion.

We may share information with: (a) Google LLC β€” through Google OAuth login for identity verification; (b) Infrastructure service providers β€” to operate the system, with equivalent security commitments; (c) Government authorities β€” when required by law or order of a competent authority.
