Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Lingo's services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
Lingo is an AI-powered video subtitle processing software that provides voice recognition, automatic subtitle generation, multilingual translation, and subtitle file export features. The service is provided under a time-limited license model, including: free trial, daily, monthly, and yearly plans.
2. User Obligations
When using Lingo, you agree to: (a) Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information; (b) Not use the service for unlawful purposes, to create hateful, offensive content, or to violate third-party rights; (c) Not copy, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit the software in any form without Lingo's written consent; (d) Not interfere with technical systems or intentionally disrupt the service; (e) Take full responsibility for all video content and subtitles processed through the software.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Lingo software, including but not limited to source code, algorithms, interfaces, trademarks, and documentation, belong to Lingo or its licensors. The license granted to users is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. Video content and subtitles created by users remain the property of the users.
4. Limitation of Liability
Lingo provides the service on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties of continuity, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lingo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Lingo's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
5. Termination
Lingo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if it detects violations of these terms or upon request from a competent authority. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all installed copies. Provisions relating to intellectual property and limitation of liability shall survive termination.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts in Vietnam. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
